Provide a convenient platform for easy management of therapeutic sessions, including registration, scheduling, conducting, and post-session tasks. The MVP should be simple to use, efficient, and provide a secure environment for processing payments and patients' confidential data.
Solution
To create a simple and budget-friendly MVP in a short time of 4 weeks, a detailed market and competitor analysis was conducted. This allowed identifying key features for the service and adopting the best practices from competitors.
Detailed user scenarios, information architecture, and user interface were developed to ensure convenient and positive user interaction.
