Task

Develop and create an MVP version of a mental health service focused on continuous interaction between therapists and patients. Provide a convenient platform for easy management of therapeutic sessions, including registration, scheduling, conducting, and post-session tasks. The MVP should be simple to use, efficient, and provide a secure environment for processing payments and patients' confidential data.

Solution

To create a simple and budget-friendly MVP in a short time of 4 weeks, a detailed market and competitor analysis was conducted. This allowed identifying key features for the service and adopting the best practices from competitors.
Detailed user scenarios, information architecture, and user interface were developed to ensure convenient and positive user interaction.
The main goal was to ensure direct communication between therapists and patients, minimizing the need for administrator intervention. This approach simplified interaction, allowing both parties to resolve issues independently through a convenient interface.

The booking process is user-friendly, allowing easy selection of session type, time, and secure payment via Stripe.

The platform offers a real-time chat support system for both therapists and patients. Patients can quickly resolve booking issues or session questions, while therapists can seek help with technical issues or patient management. This efficient chat feature improves the overall user experience by providing timely responses and support.

User management in admin panel

The user management system simplifies administrators' workflows with an intuitive interface. Therapist verification offers clear steps for document validation and approval, while education verification ensures clients understand specialists' qualifications. The overview page centralizes key actions like activation, deactivation, and monitoring of therapist profiles, making management efficient and minimizing manual tasks.

Analytics and reporting

Intuitive dashboard for managing financials and user data. The system provides transparent visibility of all operations and interactive real-time revenue charts, simplifying control and allowing admins to make data-driven decisions quickly.
The user analytics module tracks behavior, satisfaction levels, and service usage, revealing key insights from the first screen. The export tool allows one-click download of transaction history, invoices, and sessions, significantly simplifying further data work.
